About GT School
Most enrollment roles are built to explain what a school offers. This one exists to protect standards.
At GT School, we work with families who are looking for something more than a traditional classroom can offer. Our students demonstrate exceptional academic ability and move at a pace that requires depth, challenge, and intentional structure. We build an environment where that level of ability is not just supported, but expected.
Our model is designed to meet students where they are and push them further. Learning is individualized, progress is closely tracked, and students are consistently challenged to think deeply and move ahead with confidence. Families come to us for clarity on whether this level of rigor and pace is the right fit, and for a learning environment that reflects the true capabilities of their child.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for families exploring whether GT School is the right environment for their child. Every message you send and every conversation you lead will shape how families understand the program and how they see their child’s path forward.
We are open to candidates from premium service environments beyond traditional education: private schools, selective programs, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership organizations, or owner-operators who have personally managed high-value client journeys end-to-end. What matters is your ability to run a high-touch, multi-stage process with judgment, clarity, and follow-through.
What you will be doing
- Own the end-to-end admissions journey, from inbound inquiry through final enrollment decision and onboarding
- Design and apply clear evaluation frameworks that determine student fit, and can be consistently used by non-specialists across campuses
- Systematically prioritize and manage 15–25+ concurrent family journeys, using defined criteria, stage clarity, and next-step ownership
- Lead campus tours, shadow days, and decision conversations that communicate outcomes, expectations, and trade-offs with precision
- Maintaining accurate CRM and enrollment records to support forecasting, prioritization, and service quality
- Act as the campus network-wide subject matter expert on identifying eligible students for GT micro sites
- Create simple, repeatable frameworks that enable Admissions Directors to independently identify and refer GT-eligible students
- Train and reinforce usage of these frameworks to ensure consistent decision quality across campuses
What you will NOT be doing
- Running transactional or high-pressure sales tactics
- Enrolling families who are misaligned simply to hit a number
- Managing a large team or navigating layered approval chains
- Delegating ownership of the family experience to multiple roles
- Working remotely. This role is campus-based by design
- Managing or overseeing Admissions Directors at other campuses, this is a peer support role for GT specific inquiries
Key responsibilities
Own and execute a high-trust, high-selectivity enrollment experience that converts the right families while protecting the integrity of the program.
Candidate requirements
- 3+ years delivering premium, personalized service in environments where service quality directly impacts brand reputation (education, luxury sales, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated services)
- Demonstrated ownership of an end-to-end client, admissions, or enrollment journey from first contact through onboarding
- Experience simultaneously managing multiple client, guest, or family relationships at different stages, with a clear system for tracking and prioritization
- Ability to provide concrete examples of consultative decision-making, including recommending against your product or service when it was not the right fit
- Professional written communication experience with senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or sophisticated clients
- Proven track record of building frameworks, playbooks, or decision systems that enabled others to make consistent, independent judgments (must be able to describe the problem, approach, and adoption)
- Willingness to live in or relocate within 60 days to Georgetown, TX (greater Austin area)
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Nice to have
- Experience in selective private school admissions or competitive program enrollment
- Background in luxury hospitality, VIP guest services, or executive-level support roles
- Experience building or refining enrollment processes, SOPs, or service standards
- Comfort using data and CRM insights to improve conversion quality, not just speed
