We are a job board
We are a cost-effective, easy-to-use service for independent schools and consultants to connect with a large but focused pool of candidates interested in Head of School and Senior Leadership positions.
We are not a search firm
We do not conduct searches. If you are a school looking for a someone to assist you with your search, there are numerous exceptional search firms who list their opportunities with us. Please reach out if you would like to be connected to any of them.
Pricing
$300 to list a job for 6 months
$400 to list a job for 12 months
How does it work?
  1. Create an account.
  2. Complete a simple online form. Attachments are welcome.
  3. Select a 6-month listing or a 12-month listing.
  4. Edit your opportunity any time and let us know if you need any help.
Additional benefits
New listings will be included in the Monthly Recap. The Monthly Recap is an email highlighting all recent, new searches that is sent to our subscriber base of potential candidates. We will also highlight your successes - let us know when you have filled your position and we will include it in our Recent Appointments section.
