Head of School

Whitefish Christian Academy (WCA) is an ACIS accredited independent Christian school serving Pre-K-8th grade founded in 1980.  WCA is grounded in Christian excellence, is dedicated to assisting parents in the spiritual, intellectual, and physical development of their children.

The Board seeks an inspiring leader grounded in classical Christian education with proven leadership skills.  someone who will lead a committed faculty, drive enrollment, steward donor relationships, expand community partnership, and work collaborative with the Board.

The successful candidate will have a proven record of successful leadership in a classical Christian school as well as having strong communications skills and an understanding of zero based budgeting.

Whitefish Christian Academy board of directors seeks an experienced head of school.  The next head of school must have experience leading a classical Christian school. The next head of school will help the school grow and become a larger part of the Whitefish, MO community. Working with the board the next head will develop a strategic plan for the school addressing admissions, finance, faculty benefits, and long term facility needs.
