About TMI Episcopal
Located in the Texas Hill Country, just 20 miles from downtown San Antonio, TMI Episcopal is a coed, college-preparatory school for students in grades 6-12. Position Summary
TMI Episcopal seeks an accomplished, innovative, and collaborative educational leader to serve as its Associate Head of School. Reporting to the President/Head of School and serving as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Associate Head will provide strategic leadership for the School’s academic and signature programs.
This is a significant leadership opportunity for an experienced educator who believes that academic excellence, leadership development, character formation, athletics, experiential learning, and residential life are interconnected components of an exceptional student experience.
Requirements
A Ph.D., Ed.D., or equivalent terminal doctoral degree in education, educational leadership, curriculum and instruction, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is strongly preferred.
Significant senior-level educational leadership experience is required, and experience in an independent school environment is strongly preferred.
