Job Description
Quad Preparatory School in New York City is seeking a Head of High School to start in July 2027.
Founded in 2012, Quad Prep now serves 250 students, all twice-exceptional (2e) children with both intellectual gifts and learning differences. Quad Prep's personalized model, grounded in clinical research on what best serves 2e learners, integrates social and emotional learning with rigorous and highly personalized academics.
Quad Prep now seeks an outstanding Head of High School who will build on the school's foundation to develop a world-class high school for gifted students who learn differently. S/he will guide the division through an important period of growth and development, strengthen its distinctive identity, and foster a culture of exceptional teaching, intellectual curiosity, and joyful engagement. The Head of High School will report to Kim Busi, Founder and Head of School, and will lead an engaged and talented high school faculty and leadership team.
