The Chief Financial and Operating Officer is a key member of Pike’s senior leadership team and serves as a strategic partner to the Head of School and Board of Trustees. This role offers the opportunity to help shape the financial and operational future of a thriving independent school grounded in purpose, relationships, and a deeply student centered mission. The CFOO oversees non academic functions, including finance, facilities, human resources, and risk management, ensuring that systems and resources are aligned with Pike’s priorities.

At an important moment in the life of the school, the CFOO will play a central role in long range planning, financial sustainability, and operational excellence. As Pike approaches its centennial and considers future campus planning and potential capital work, this position sits at the intersection of day to day operations and forward looking strategy within a close knit and highly engaged community.

The role calls for a relational leader who can translate strategy into action, provide clear and data informed insights, and build strong, collaborative relationships across the school. Pike is a joyful and optimistic community, and the successful candidate will be an active and visible presence who values connection, brings a sense of humor, and contributes positively to a high functioning leadership team. Working closely with the Head of School, Board, and key stakeholders, the CFOO will help guide thoughtful decision making and play a meaningful role in Pike’s next chapter.
