Job Description
The Director of Enrollment is a driven, highly strategic, and growth-oriented leader responsible for building and converting a strong pipeline of mission-aligned families through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and creative recruitment strategies. This role is externally focused and energized by expanding GPA’s reach, visibility, and connections within the broader community.
Owning the full admissions lifecycle—from recruitment through enrollment, onboarding, re-enrollment, and retention—the Director pairs disciplined planning with a strong relational approach, using data to guide decisions, set clear objectives, and meet the Board’s enrollment and net tuition revenue goals. This leader clarifies how prospective families are identified, engaged, and supported, ensuring transparency and shared understanding across the institution.
While day-to-day community programming and Parent Council Committee (PCC) management are led by the Associate Director of Admissions & Community Engagement, the Director of Enrollment serves as the strategic partner and owner of enrollment and retention outcomes, ensuring that community engagement efforts meaningfully support recruitment, yield, and long-term persistence.
Reporting to and working under the leadership of the Director of Institutional Advancement, the Director collaborates closely with the Head of School, Finance, Marketing & Communications, academic leaders, and the Admissions & Community Engagement Associate to execute strategy, strengthen outreach efforts, and continuously refine approach in support of sustained enrollment growth.
