Head of School

The unique Saint Ann’s School in Brooklyn, New York seeks its next Head of School to begin in 2027 or 2028.

Saint Ann’s exists to nurture the wonder of children, begins its mission statement. The next Head of School will join Saint Ann’s with an opportunity to champion what makes the school extraordinary while helping shape its future. The Head will work with the whole community to articulate the relevance and value of a Saint Ann’s education, support and strengthen an exceptional faculty, thoughtfully assess school structures and practices, and provide strategic and financial leadership for the school’s future. This will include sustaining enrollment, building the endowment, engaging alumni and families, and prudently managing its finances. The Board seeks a high-trust and mutually supportive partnership with the Head.

The right leader for Saint Ann's will be a deep thinker about education with a humanistic spirit and keen intellectual curiosity; inspirational and visionary; a compelling communicator; and bring the administrative, relational, strategic, and financial skills to lead a complex institution.
