Pulaski Academy seeks a dynamic, student-centered educational leader to serve as the Assistant Head of School for Academics. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Assistant Head for Academics provides visionary and operational leadership for all aspects of the academic program, ensuring alignment with Pulaski Academy’s mission, core values, and commitment to academic excellence from Pre-K through Grade 12.
This role reports directly to the Head of School and oversees curriculum development, instructional design, faculty pre-planning and professional growth, student academic performance, and academic innovation across all divisions. The Assistant Head will work collaboratively with division heads, department chairs, and instructional leaders to shape and sustain an exceptional academic experience that prepares students for success in college and beyond.
Compensation for this position will be highly competitive.
