Lee Scott Academy is seeking a visionary, faith-grounded leader to serve as its next Head of School—guiding one of the Southeast's finest independent schools into its next season of growth and excellence.

Founded in 1981 through the merger of Lee Academy of Auburn and Scott Preparatory School of Opelika, LSA has grown into a thriving K4–12 college preparatory community of 827 students in Auburn, Alabama. Rooted in biblical, Christ-centered principles and anchored by the motto Truth. Honor. Excellence., LSA combines rigorous academics, award-winning arts, and competitive athletics within a close-knit, family-centered culture that has earned unanimous accreditation affirmation and nearly 20% enrollment growth since 2021.

Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the next Head of School will inherit a school in a position of genuine strength—debt-free, mission-aligned, and ready to be elevated to its full potential.
