Director of Advancement
Kingswood Oxford School invites nominations and applications for the position of Director of Advancement. This is an exceptional opportunity for a relationship-driven fundraising leader to join a thriving independent school with strong philanthropic momentum and ambitious plans for the future.
Reporting to the Head of School and serving on the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Advancement leads the School’s comprehensive advancement program and serves as a strategic partner to the Head and Board of Trustees. The Director will be a visible ambassador for Kingswood Oxford and an active frontline fundraiser who inspires philanthropy across the community.
Following the successful completion of the School’s $22 million Seize the Day campaign, Kingswood Oxford is well-positioned to deepen its culture of philanthropy while preparing for its next phase of campaign planning. The School seeks a leader who will build on this momentum and shape a bold, forward-looking fundraising strategy.
