Job Description
Heritage Christian Academy (HCA) is a Christian, evangelical college preparatory school serving students in PreK-12th grade in the Kansas City metro area. HCA's two campuses are located four miles apart in the southwestern suburbs of Overland Park (PreK-5th) and Olathe (6th-12th). Established in 2010, HCA is a ministry of Redeemer Presbyterian Church (PCA).
Since 2010, HCA's enrollment has grown from 460 to 655 students, and last year HCA hired Dr. Ben Hummel as Head of School. The Upper School Principal will serve as a key member of the administrative team, guiding the program, nurturing school culture, and planning the Upper School campus to be built on the newly-purchased property next door. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, a collaborative spirit, and a proven ability to inspire and equip educators toward academic growth and success.
