Head of School

Casa di Mir Montessori School, a PreK–8 independent school located in San Jose, CA, seeks a strategic and mission-driven Head of School to lead its next phase of growth. The Head will focus on enrollment, financial sustainability, and community engagement while collaborating with the Associate Head to support an authentic Montessori program. Strong leadership, business acumen, and relationship-building skills are essential. Prior experience with Montessori education is desirable, but not required, as long as a candidate has enthusiasm for progressive education and is eager to learn all they can about Montessori philosophy and pedagogy.

The salary range is $180,000-$200,000 and includes a generous benefits package.
